1. Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets purchased are non- refundable. We are unable to provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in your travel plans, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances.
2. Non-Exchangeable Tickets: Tickets are non-exchangeable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged for a different date, time, or event. Please ensure that you select the desired event and time/date before making a purchase.
3. Customer Privacy: We will never share your contact details, including your email address or phone number, with third parties without your explicit consent.
4. Marketing Communications: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive occasional marketing communications from us via email. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the email.
5. Phone Number Use: The phone number you provide will only be used for event notification purposes, such as updates or changes regarding the event you have purchased a ticket for. It will never be used for marketing purposes.
6. Ticket Requirement: Each guest requires an entrance ticket for the show

Promotion of Goods and Services: Promotion, advertising, or sale of any goods or services at our events is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed in writing with the event organisers in advance. Guests who engage in unauthorised promotion may be asked to leave the event without refund, and future access may be restricted.
